Coverage opportunities

• Create a positive, encouraging and uplifting gym space for all athletes.
• Lead preschool and recreational gymnastics and/or ninja classes and follow all lesson plans and guidance provided.
• Lead seasonal camps, open gyms and/or birthday parties in the preschool gymnastics, recreational gymnastics and/or ninja spaces.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with fellow coaches.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment. Perform periodic equipment safety checks.
• Attend team meetings with management periodically.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding skill progress, scheduling, etc.
• Present a positive professional attitude that reflects the goals and mission of the facility.
• Be a team player!
